Office Hours + Services
The Serenity on the River office is located off the lobby of the 1740 building. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Guest Parking
Guests may park for free in any of the designated guest spots. Overnight guests (after 2 AM), will need a paid parking pass, available through the online portal.
Clubhouse Rental
The Clubhouse is available for $50 fee plus a security deposit.
Storage Rental
Storage units are available for a monthly fee. See the office for details and availability.
Hurricane Preparedness
Serenity on the River is in Hurricane Evacuation Zone C. Details can be found here.
For any Hurricane or Tropical Storm, remove or secure all items on your balcony.
