Rules + Regulations

Serenity on the River is governed by a set of community rules and regulations which are set and guided by an elected Board of Directors, comprised of unit owners. They may be amended at any time.

COMMUNITY RULES

Safe + Quiet
  • We value a safe and quiet community.

  • Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM. No sound should be heard outside of the unit.

  • No neighbor should act in a way to harm or intimidate another.

Decals + Parking
  • Residents must display their valid parking decal.

  • Park only in your assigned spot.

  • Visitors may park in guest parking.

  • Overnight visitors (after 2 AM) require a paid pass, available online.

Pet Policy
  • Pets are defined as dogs, cats and tropical fish.

  • Tenants are not permitted to have pets.

  • Owner pets should not exceed 40 pounds.

  • No more than 1 pet per unit (tropical fish excluded).

Pool Area
  • Pool hours are from 10 AM to 8 PM.

  • Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to use the pool unless they are accompanied by an adult (a person at least 18 years of age).

  • Small children should be protected by wearing a life vest, water wings, "bubbles" or other approved life-saving devices.

Balconies
  • Cleaning balconies should be done as to not bother residents in lower or adjacent units.

  • Waterproof containers should be under all flower pots.

  • No plants, pots or any loose objects should be kept on the ledge of any unscreened balcony. Hanging plants should be secured within the balcony area.

Trash + Recycling
  • Trash should be placed in bags and disposed of in trash chutes on each floor.

  • No trash is to be left in trash room.

  • Large items should be taken to the dumpsters, located at the ends of each building.

  • Cardboard should be broken down and can be recycled along with clean plastics, glass and paper in marked recycling bins.
